"I remember"
 This poetic activity is based on the five senses.  Carolyn will guide you through developing a poem that encourages you to focus on your memories, feelings, and sensations.  It all starts with your favourite song. 
 "The shoe"
Can your shoe become something more? This activity encourages you to be playful and not to overthink the writing process.  There are no right or wrong answers.  You'll  be surprised what happens when you suspend judgement and just write.
